Holy sh*t, I'm a parent!

Under slept? Under showered? Overwhelmed with joy? Becoming a new dad is an exciting and rewarding experience, but it's also challenging. On the journey from man to father, you're not alone. When my daughter was born, I felt like I was in crisis management mode. By bringing others into my experience, I escaped isolation and found greater stability and confidence. It doesn't have to feel like a crisis forever.

Hey, I'm Andrew

I'm an experienced coach and a new dad. When I became a father, the responsibility of caring for my baby's wellbeing terrified me. Even though I was surrounded by loving family and friends, I felt alone and yearned for a place to openly discuss my joys, fears, and doubts. It was during these moments of vulnerability that I recognized the need to escape my isolation and find spaces for empathy, guidance, and personal growth. In my coaching practice I do not pose as the Fatherhood Expert. Instead, I combine my curiosity as a new parent with my expertise in reflective inquiry, relationship dynamics, and men's work to hold space for dads to navigate challenges, celebrate triumphs, and grow into the fathers we want to be.

Make the shift...

From overwhelm to presence. From crisis management to in-the-moment experience. From reactivity (or passivity) to co-creating the dynamic you want for you and your family. Taking care of yourself is just as important as taking care of your family (think flight attendant rules: put your oxygen mask on first).

What kind of father do you want to be?

Full transparency:
A four-session package is exactly that

We won't solve all fatherhood challenges in four sessions. Consider this package a starting point. It's a way to set a direction and take a first step towards the future you want for yourself and your family. Many clients use it as a means to get over inertia/stagnation/fear/helplessness and decide if ongoing coaching is something they want to commit to. To support deep, life-changing transformation, I like to work with people for six to 12 months (a typical six-month engagement is $6000). Whether you continue working with me or not is entirely up to you. I will not pressure you to continue coaching. It's your decision.
