Individual Coaching
for New and Expecting Dads

You're a dad. Not an assistant.

Becoming a father is the most important transformation of your life. It's also the most disorienting. You're trying to figure out how to be a supportive partner, a great advocate, and not lose yourself in the process. The standard advice is vague. The conversations are often focused only on your partner.

Individual coaching is focused entirely on you and the leader you are becoming in your family.

Is coaching for you? (The "hell yeah!" test)

Don't waste your time (or mine).

Coaching is not therapy, consulting, or mentorship. It's a partnership designed for decisive action and validated learning. It requires a mutual "hell yeah!"—a commitment from both of us that this will work.

You know you're ready for coaching if you are:

  • Open to Change: You recognize that the skills and mindset that got you here won't get you where you need to be next. You're willing to shed the old identity and welcome the new.

  • A Hunter for Feedback: You see honest insights as a precious gift that unlocks blind spots and are ready to listen without judgment.

  • Committed to Action: You understand that conversation alone changes nothing. You show up prepared to implement, experiment, and execute.

  • Willing to be Held Accountable: You treat your commitments seriously. You want a partner to hold you to the new standards you set for yourself as a man and a father.

Obstacles to Success: If you are seeking a quick fix, an excuse, an expert to tell you what to do, or a passive listener, this is not the right fit. Coaching requires you to step up and own your results.

Who We Coach: Expecting Dad or New Dad

1

The Expecting Dad (Prenatal)

Focus: The Journey of Identity Redefinition. You’re not just preparing a room; you're preparing a life.

  • Define Your Role: Clarify your non-negotiable role as a supportive partner and fierce advocate during birth and postpartum.

  • Face the Transition: Acknowledge and process the grief—saying goodbye to the life you're shedding, and actively choosing what you're welcoming in (the new identity, new habits, new structure).

  • Manage the Pressure: Work through the anxiety, financial stress, and self-doubt. What are you most afraid of? How will you keep the "you" in fatherhood?

  • Strengthen the Core Relationship: Proactively address relationship strain, shifting intimacy, communication, and shared expectations before the baby arrives. Goal setting for this critical period.

  • Investment: $799 for five, 60-min sessions.

2

The New Dad
(Postpartum: 1-12 Months)

Focus: Three Core Shifts to Co-Leadership. You’ve survived the first few months. Now, it’s time to find your footing and feel like an equal parent.

  • Shift From Second Fiddle to Co-Leadership: You're not the backup. We'll coach you towards application of co-parenting principles so you are confident and lead alongside your partner.

  • Shift From Being Useful to Being Present: Stop focusing solely on tasks (diaper changes, errands) and start focusing on the deep, messy work of being emotionally available to your child and partner.

  • Shift From Isolation to Community: Fatherhood can be lonely. We'll work on normalizing the mental load and ensuring you have the resources and human connections you need to thrive.

  • Mental Health Check: We will acknowledge, educate, and normalize the mental health challenges in this period. We'll start every session with: "What was one success in your co-parenting this week? What was one challenge?"

  • Investment: $799 for five, 60-min sessions.

Ready to Get Started?

The Next Step Is Simple.

This coaching relationship starts with a simple, no-obligation conversation. It’s an opportunity for us to explore the challenge, clarify the gap, and determine that mutual "hell yeah!" fit.

  • This is not a sales pitch. It's a strategic conversation to explore fit.

  • The only goal is to leave the call with absolute clarity on your next move.
